Instant Retrieval & On Demand Recording for Agents & Supervisors
It is often that calls retrieval and recording on demand are functionalities that a call centre cannot deal without, simple because call verification is a necessity in ensuring compliance. VEplay and VErecord are designed to enable any authorized personnel to access recording functionalities in a call centre business, without compromising on costs. Developed based on server license, personnel can choose to utilize either the Desktop or Phone access to instant retrieval or record a conversation based on demand. Server license simply means the price is not based on seating that often hinders the possibility of expansion due to the capital outlay per agent.
Accessing via DTMF (Phone System) VErecord and VEplay provides users with the capabilities to record with a PIN or replay recorded calls via IVR (Interactive Voice Response) upon keying in of the pre-set PIN authentication. Record on Demand is relatively simple with keying in a PIN to begin recording and upon the call being terminated, the recording will stop. As for replay, upon authentication the system will replay an interactive menu for users to refer in accessing a specified call based on a 15 minute interval from the time keyed in by user through the telephone keypad. VEplay server is configurable to replay the last files in 1, 5, 10, 25, or 50 or based on the no. of days (up to 30 days max) in both Desktop and DTMF module with a display or IVR listing of the available files for selection. Both modules have its own configurations that are User Specific, allowing flexibility in managing each user accesses to the required files.
Accessing via Desktop Application VErecord in Desktop application provides users with a one-button access to begin recording and the option to stop automatically or via manual stop. As for VEplay, users can replay calls based on the date and time indicated by the user through a dynamic search engine by the system. The recorded files are displayed with the Channel/Agent Name, Duration, Date & Time, Dialed Digit, Received Digit and Call Direction. Included in the application is a Multimedia Player that provides the Rewind, Pause, Stop, Play, Forward with Volume and Speed control. With VEplay, users can annotate a call (manually add text) to provide a customer or unique reference and/or a description associated with the call for easy reference.
