Multi-system Remote Alarm Monitoring for Hosted Call Centres

Activities are deemed as the total no. of calls handled per day with duration taken into consideration. Email or netsend alarms are triggered based on below the minimum threshold value or higher than maximum threshold value.

Being a server-based application, licenses are not subjected to per seat arrangement which often hinders adoption by Call Centres.
